The hotel is located in a more relaxed area, offering a break from the busy hustle of Kuta and Seminyak. The staff provided fantastic service, always attentive and cheerful. While the rooms felt a bit dated and could use some refreshing, the location made up for it with amazing beach views and a lovely pool. The dining options were decent but could use more variety, especially for breakfast.
